How does the Pro subscription work?

What export formats are available?
Free plan includes PDF and CSV. Pro adds Excel (XLSX), DXF (for CNC machines), and PDF with your custom company logo.
Is there a money-back guarantee?

What are pay-as-you-go credit packs?
A credit pack is a one-time purchase — no subscription. You buy 10 or 25 optimizations and use them whenever you need. Ideal if you only cut a few projects a year.
When are my credits used?
Your 3 free monthly optimizations are always used first. Once they run out, each extra optimization that month draws one credit, starting from the pack that expires soonest.
Do credits expire?
Each pack is valid for 12 months from purchase. Your dashboard shows your current balance and the earliest expiry date. Unused credits after that date are forfeited.
How does the 14-day Workshop trial work?
Start it from the Workshop plan. A card is required and Lemon Squeezy charges it automatically when the 14 days are up — so if you do not want to continue, cancel before then and you pay nothing. We email you three days before the charge, with the exact date and a one-click cancel link.
